There’s a wide choice of fitness classes at Bridport Leisure Centre. Our busy timetable features the very latest in contemporary classes such as pole, cardio dance and STOTT Pilates, alongside classic fitness favourites such as step aerobics and boxercise. Most classes are set to music, making them a fun and sociable way to get active.
All classes are led by our qualified instructors and take place in our specially-designed, air-conditioned studios. The timetable runs from 7am through to 9.15pm, seven days a week, so there’s always a class time to suit you.
