I have been in and around a gym environment for about 6 years and love the benefits of the gym.

Training 5/6 days a week is my passion and I also love to help people achieve their goals within the fitness industry.

I have completed a level 2 fitness instructor qualification and am currently working towards my level 3 personal trainer.

If I were to describe myself, I would say I am approachable, knowledgeable and have a good sense of humour.
