As a Duty Manager one of Ashley’s roles is to oversee the line management of the Fitness Suite.

“I get a lot of satisfaction from my job role as I enjoy being able to give people the opportunity to improve themselves and their physical and mental wellbeing.

I enjoy working for the Bridport Leisure Centre because it is very much unlike other centres due to it being a charitable trust and having a community-based feel within the Centre.

Out of work I love spending time my young family.”
