About The Activity
Junior HIIT – Half Term Fitness Class

A structured, high-energy fitness class for ages 11–15, focusing on:
• Strength and endurance
• Confidence and coordination
• Safe movement and proper technique
Using body-weight exercises, short cardio intervals, and team-based challenges, Junior HIIT encourages healthy habits in a positive and supportive environment.
