I have been passionate about fitness since childhood, deeply believing in its physical and mental benefits. I visit the gym five to six times a week and enjoy significant improvements in my mental and physical health due to this.


I am friendly and eager to help people learn new fitness skills and techniques. As a fitness instructor and personal trainer, my goal is to inspire others to enhance their physical and mental wellbeing through exercise.
