About The Course
Boxing training provides excellent all over body conditioning, no matter what your age or level of ability.
Our basic boxing course offers a dynamic and high-energy workout that combines traditional boxing techniques with cardiovascular and strength training exercises.
It’s a great way of improving stamina and boosting the cardiovascular system, while improving core strength and balance.
Bodyweight exercises are used to enhance endurance, strength, and coordination. The rhythmic punching sequences engage the upper body, while footwork drills and defensive movements improve agility and balance.
This course runs each Saturday, 8am to 9am, over a 6-week period.
The Boxing Basics course start date is Saturday 3rd February 2024.
