Boxing Advanced

About The Course

Boxing training provides excellent all over body conditioning, no matter what your age or level of ability.

Our Boxing Advanced course is a follow on from the Boxing Basics course, which offers a dynamic and high-energy workout that combines traditional boxing techniques with cardiovascular and strength training exercises.

Take your boxing training and physical conditioning to the next level, by incorporating advanced boxing strategies.

It’s a great way of improving stamina and boosting the cardiovascular system, while improving core strength and balance.

Bodyweight exercises are used to enhance endurance, strength, and coordination. The rhythmic punching sequences engage the upper body, while footwork drills and defensive movements improve agility and balance.

These classes integrate interval training, alternating between intense bursts of activity and brief recovery periods. Beyond physical benefits such as improved cardiovascular health, muscle tone, and weight management, boxing fitness classes offer stress relief and enhanced mental focus.

The cool-down incorporates stretching to improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness.

During the 6-weeks you’ll learn more advanced boxing-specific skills including defense moves and advanced techniques, combined with high intensity cardio exercises alongside boxing combinations.

Boxing fitness classes provide a full-body workout, fostering a sense of empowerment and camaraderie.

The course instructor is Iris; qualified elite trainer by the Hatton Academy.

Course Schedule

This course runs each Saturday in the Kinesis Studio from 9am to 10am, over a 6-week period.
The current Boxing Advanced course began on Saturday 23rd March 2024.
