NEW Classes for 2017: we’ve listened to your feedback and have added extra classes to the January timetable, including:

  • Yoga Wellbeing  
    Mondays: 4.30pm – 5.30pm, Studio 2, Low intensity/rehabilitation
  • Vinyasa Yoga
    Wednesdays: 7.30am – 9am, Studio 2, All abilities
    Wednesdays: 9am – 10am, Studio 2, Beginners
  • Spinning
    Wednesdays: 7pm – 7.45pm, Studio 1, All abilities
    Thursdays: 7.30am – 8.15am, Studio 1, All abilities
  • Pilates Wellbeing
    Thursdays: 3pm – 4pm, BACIT Studio, Low intensity/rehabilitation
  • STOTT Pilates
    Thursdays: 4pm – 5pm, BACIT Studio, All abilities
