For me, weight training is the best way to build strength and shape the body. I  also like to advise my clients on nutrition and the importance of a healthy diet as a way of maximising the benefits of time in the gym. I’m also interested in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, specifically sports injury rehabilitation.
