I really enjoy helping customers improve their overall strength, fitness and wellbeing through a mixture of resistance training and cardiovascular exercises. These are both effective fitness methods and suitable for everybody. I used to swim and run but switched over to weight training in the gym. I saw amazing changes very quickly! I’m highly motivated about training and helping customers achieve their goals.
