I enjoy a wide range of sports and exercise including running, rock climbing, weightlifting, kettlebells and yoga. I’m constantly curious about what my body’s capable of,
whether it’s running an ultra marathon or deadlifting a personal best. Similarly, I find great reward in helping others explore their potential, especially learning new skills and movements that they previously thought impossible I’m also passionate about nutritional science, which I love to communicate to others. I enjoy helping to educate people, allowing them to make the best dietary decisions that align with their goals and preferences.
