Fitness Classes
Whatever your level of fitness, Bridport Leisure Centre offers a
wide range of fitness classes to suit all levels and ages from complete beginners to adrenaline junkies - you're sure to find a class to suit your lifestyle.
All classes are led by professionally trained instructors and enable you to enhance your cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility within a fun and enjoyable environment.
Due to the popularity of classes, we do recommend advance booking. Places can be booked up to 7 days in advance (non-members are required to pay at the time of booking, members can pay on the day).

Simply Active
This is a fun class ideal for people who are rehabilitating from injury or illness or for those who would like a gentle introduction to exercise.
Simply Active classes take place in the Squash Courts or Pavilion. Pre-booking is not required, simply pay at Reception and attend.
Tuesday 9.00am - 10.30am (Pavilion)
Thursday 12.30pm - 2.00pm (Pavilion)
Thursday 2.00pm - 3.30pm (Pavilion)
Friday 9.30am - 11.00am (Squash Court)
