Bridport Leisure Centre provides a range of children's facilities and activities including:

 

Children's Holiday Activities

During the school holidays, Bridport Leisure Centre runs a range of activities for children from 0 to 15 years of age.

Holiday activities available typically include:

  • Crash Courses - Intensive courses to build on existing skill levels lasting between 2-5 days i.e. Swimming, Trampolining, Cycle Safety, Rugby, Mini Tennis, Cricket.
  • Workshops - A variery of one off taster workshops i.e. Scuba Diving, Messy Arts, Mini Water Polo, Basketball, Netball, Hockey.
  • For The Little Ones - Activities that are aimed at the under 5's and require an adult to attend i.e. Mini Monsters, Ducklings, Trampolining, Treasure Hunt, Teddy Bears Picnic.

Summer 2010 Holiday Activities & Swimming Pool Timetable (26th July - 5th September 2010)

Please be aware that throughout the School Holidays the Gym Tots sessions have been replaced by Mini Monsters.

     

Time Zone and Energy Zone

Our Time Zone sessions for 14 and 15 year olds and Energy Zone sessions for 10 to 13 year olds enable children to exercise in the Fitness Suite using the cardiovascular equipment, abdominal equipment and other non-weight bearing activity.

The Energy Zone sessions run during the week under the supervision of our qualified Fitness Instructors and must be booked in advance.  At weekends, Energy Zone users can use the Fitness Suite for a workout at any time as long as they are accompanied by an adult also working out at the same time.

Bridport Leisure Centre offers an exciting range of lessons and courses for children which are taught by highly qualified and experienced instructors to help your child's learning and development including:
