Small Group Training classes are the perfect happy medium between personal training and a fitness class – with extra emphasis on specific training goals. The maximum group size of 5 people per session ensures you get exactly what you need out of your session, with focused attention from your expert fitness instructor.
These classes are included in the following membership categories: All Inclusive, Multi Activity and Price for Life memberships.
Mondays 4.30pm – 5pm with Ally
Strong glutes are critical for jumping, running, moving laterally, and twisting. Tone and sculpt your derriere using resistance exercises and our new Climb Excite machine.
Tuesdays 9.30am – 10am with Ally
Functional fitness exercises to train your muscles to work together. Prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.
Tone and Kick
Tuesdays 7pm – 7.30pm with Ally
Elevate your heart rate by combining kick boxing and balance. Enjoy fast paced moves followed by core balancing exercises to tone and sculpt your body.
Abs and Stretch
Fridays 10am – 10.30am with Ally
Tone your core by focusing on lean abs and a strong back. Balance out your strength and flexibility.
Fridays 12.45pm – 1.15pm
This session will strengthen your abdominals and thoroughly work your whole core!
